The design of functional magnetic nano-hybrids having a core-shell structure (magneto-plasmonic nanoparticles and magneto-plasmonic liposomes) that have improved magnetic, plasmonic and recognition properties
Objectives:
1-stStage
2-ndStage
Synthesis of magnetic core nanoparticles with controllable properties, development of methods of preparation of core-shell nanoparticles, study of physico-chemical properties and evaluation of biocompatibility.
3-rd Stage
Biofunctionalization of multifunctional magnetic hybrids with modified aptamers for selective recognition of tumor-derived exosomes.
4-th Stage
Magnetic isolation of TEX, detection and quantification of exosome content in serum samples.
5-th Stage
Validation of the concept of detection in clinical practice by incubating biofunctionalized hybrid nanoparticles with aptamers with serum samples taken from patients diagnosed with AML.
